Randall S. Jackson is a partner in the firm’s Chemical/Materials Sciences and Biotech Practice Groups. While involved in all phases of intellectual property representation, Randy’s emphasis is in patent application preparation and prosecution. His technical focus is in the chemical and biotechnology areas, with representative technologies including polymer chemistry, rubber compounding/tire technologies, plastics, laminates/films, textiles, silane chemistry, coatings, dyes, and adhesives, nanotechnologies/solar energy, dental and medical devices, milk/milk food products, ethanol production and byproduct processing, and semi-conductor chemical processing. Previously, Randy worked as an analytical chemist at a pharmaceutical testing company in St. Louis, Missouri. Randy joined Wood, Herron & Evans in 2004 and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Gina and their two children.
