Ken Germain Appointed to NKU Chase Law + Informatics Institute

Ken Germain, Of Counsel at Wood Herron & Evans, has been appointed as Distinguished Senior Fellow to the faculty team of the NKU Chase Law+Informatics Institute.

A Symmes Township resident, Mr. Germain has more than 35 years of experience and is often retained as an expert witness on issues relating to the field of trademarks and unfair competition, working on cases involving some of the nation’s largest companies in high-stakes, cutting-edge cases. For many years, he has been an active speaker on trademarks and unfair competition, lecturing at national, regional and local conferences.

In 1990 he founded and is chairman of the All Ohio Annual Institute of Intellectual Property Seminar. Ken has been and adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and has taught at the University of Dayton Law School’s Program in Law and Technology.

He has been selected for inclusion in the Ohio Super Lawyers list of top attorneys each year since 2005, has been included among the Best Lawyers in America list since 1991, has been listed among America’s Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers USA since 2004, and has been included in the International Who’s Who of Trade Mark Lawyers by Who’s Who Legal since 2001.
